Founder & Executive Director
Ryan is the Founder and Executive Director of Astera Education. A junior at Milton Academy near Boston, Massachusetts, he witnessed firsthand the educational barriers affecting under-resourced communities in India. Guided by his belief that education is a human right, Ryan founded Astera to help make free English support more accessible to learners worldwide.

Vaibhav is a tutor at Astera Education and a junior at Dwight-Englewood School in New Jersey. Rooted in his belief that language opens doors to opportunity, he is dedicated to helping students improve their English skills through personalized guidance. Vaibhav strives to make learning more engaging, accessible, and empowering for every student regardless of their background.
